I also have little hope that national governments will take the lead on climate. Governments generally shoot far too low in terms of percentages of decrease in greenhouse gas emissions, and I don't expect that to change.<br><br>Where do I place my hope, then? I place my hope in grassroots, community response -- as in the example of the Transition Movement founded by Rob Hopkins. That movement has "gone viral" all over the world.
